A nice hotel, my first choice in Toronto. Bright, absolutely perfect unit with thoughtful design.- Extremely comfortable bed plus fridge.- Wonderful staff.- Wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The property was clean and perfect overall. The staff was gentle and excellent at all times.- The rooms were nicely updated and newly renovated with great WiFi, a refrigerator, and a huge bed, just what was needed.

Our room was a nice size and brand-new, provided with complimentary coffee machine & microwave, a nice view, microwave. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Excellent services were available.

The location is great, very convenient for exploring downtown and getting around easily; nearby dining options such as The Carbon Bar for brunch make it even better.

Great location near financial district, easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. Clean rooms and helpful staff, especially Ravish Kumar who allocated a room with a city view. Good compromise between cost and location for visiting downtown Toronto. Free use of printer for tickets and boarding passes.
